What if things don't work out with the V.A. I selected
We get it, mistakes happen and the person you thought you would love and work wonders with might be a mismatch. Our satisfaction guarantee contemplates this situation and will remove the person that is not a match from your team and scout for a new one. Don't worry the hours consumed by this as long as this mismatch is notified in the first week wont be charged to you.
Are there any fees besides the monthly fee?
Yes. Besides the monthly fee at the beginning of the contract, there is a $200.00 US fee for administrative concepts and a 27 US fee every month payable by the customer through our processing system.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime, with out penalty fees.
